This Shipping Policy explains how Sublix processes and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

PROCESSING TIME
Standard non customised mugs are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Customised or personalised mugs are made to order and are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays and may vary during busy periods.

SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier. Sublix is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS
Customised or personalised mugs require additional production time and cannot be expedited once production has started.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We may offer international shipping to selected countries. International orders may be subject to customs inspections and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
