We sell both standard non customised mugs and customised personalised mugs. Customised mugs are produced based on customer supplied information. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details including spelling, text and images before placing an order.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings. We do not guarantee that the appearance of products will exactly match what is displayed online.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Sublix reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed.

Once an order has been accepted, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for customised items. Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
